All mediation rates are to be paid at time of scheduling.
4 hours ( eg. 8:30am-12:30pm, 1:30pm-5:30pm)
Lunch provided.
If mediation extends up to two hours over half day. After two hours balance of full day rate will be charged.
Filing fee to be paid at time of scheduling. Arbitration day rate to be paid 10 business days before scheduled date. Hourly rates will be billed at conclusion of arbitration. Award and opinions will be distributed once all fees are collected.
Non-refundable, paid at time of filing.

We understand that life happens. Cancelation of mediation and arbitration services can occur up to one week of scheduled date for 50% return of fees. Rescheduling, up to two times, may occur with no penalty up to three business days of scheduled date. Counseling sessions must be canceled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours of scheduled date to avoid charges.
