Cancelation Policy

We understand that life happens.   Cancelation of mediation and arbitration services can occur up to one week of scheduled date for 50% return of fees.   Rescheduling, up to two times, may occur with no penalty up to three business days prior to scheduled date. 

Counseling sessions must be canceled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours of scheduled date to avoid charges.
